This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit iqtrend.com (the "Site") or purchase access to our products.

2. Hosting and server logs

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system and the page requested (server log files). This data is required to deliver the Site reliably and securely and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Purchases via Digistore24

Purchases on the Site are processed by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, acting as reseller (merchant of record). When you buy a plan, the purchase contract is concluded with Digistore24, and Digistore24 processes your payment data under its own responsibility; please refer to the Digistore24 privacy policy available on digistore24.com.

To deliver the product, we receive from Digistore24 your name, e-mail address and order details, and we ask you for your TradingView username in order to grant access to the indicator. This data is processed for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

Only if you give your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25 TDDDG), we use Google Ads conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us measure whether visitors reach the Site through our advertisements. Data may also be transmitted to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Site.

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
